STUDIES IN PROGRESSRecords and Document Management in Local GovernmentA new study launched by Technology Indicators establishes benchmarking data for key services and resources of Records and Document Management functions in Local Government agencies. The study takes a holistic business / IT approach and delivers a unique set of performance indicators that can be used by Records Managers and IT Managers for positioning, performance assessment and prioritization of Records and Document Management programs.
